In order to use Khmer Unicode fonts, please download them from http://www.khmeros.info/drupal → Click on Prepare your computer for Unicode → Click Download →​ Click on the phrase before this one "or choose a different mirror "→ Save on disk → OK

Double click on the file just downloaded to setup it.
